Our flexlam® range is dedicated to the process of laminating automotive, architectural, safety glasses and also for other materials (glass-polycarbonate laminating, etc…).
It is aimed at the automotive glass industry (windshields, side windows, panoramic roofs, rear windows), architectural & decorative (railings, floors, canopies, furniture, walls, etc …) and manufacturers of armoured or safety glass. (Bullet-proof, anti-theft).
We offer within this range reusable vacuum bags made of high temperature rubber coated fabric or silicone materials withstanding high temperatures. Our bags are designed and manufactured for the deairing phase during the laminating process of flat or curved, automotive, architectural, safety glass(es), etc. Each type is designed to be used either in bag furnaces, laminating vacuum conveyors, ovens or/and in autoclaves.

Our vacuum rubber bags for manual process in oven or autoclave are designed for your use. Made of high-temperature rubber or silicone, with an opening on one or several sides, we manufacture the product to your requirements to fit your current machinery, for a use in horizontal or vertical position. We also offer various closing systems on these bags according to your use.
Made from a complex fabric / high temperature resistant rubber material, our FBR rubber bags are designed & made for the deairing process under temperature for laminating automotive flat or curved glasses. Each bag model is designed from the dimensions of your bag furnace. They are suitable for use with the various PVB interlayers available on the market (and also for EVA or TPU interlayers…). Our vacuum rubber bags are fitted with a patented vacuum system.
Our LBR rubber bags are designed and manufactured for a use on laminating conveyors for deairing and prepressing automotive sidelights, sunroofs or windshields curved or flat. They are manufactured form your conveyor tunnel dimensions. They allow you to laminate several small glass tiles in the same bag to increase your capacity, glasses with connectors and/or drilled, and to save preparation time. They are compatible with the various PVB or other interlayers available on the market (such as EVA or TPU…). Our vacuum rubber bags are fitted with a patented vacuum system.
Simtech manufactures patented self-heating reusable vacuum bags which allow you to laminate glass without any external machinery. The bag includes its own heating system and thermal insulation . This product is an ideal solution for laboratory testing or for small productions with a cost-effective solution.
Straight out of our rubber bags technology, our rubber membranes are designed to be integrated into your equipment (autoclave racks, kilns or other heat boxes) & systems tailored to your closing system. They can also be supplied with our own closures or other clamping system. Our vacuum rubber bags are fitted with a patented vacuum system. We also manufacture custom-made silicone membranes.
Simtech offers various accessories and connectors for the use of our vacuum bags and membranes. (high-temperature and pressure-resistant vacuum hoses, vacuum connectors, repair kits for vacuum rubber or silicone bags, etc…)
Our vacuum pumps are designed for continuous service in the industry. They are available in various flow (m³/h) in order to adapt to the number of bags (or other) simultaneously connected. The power supply is adapted to your country & electrical supply requirements.
Our trolleys are designed to support a number of rubber bags loaded with their glasses (even heavy) in horizontal or vertical position. They are designed and manufactured according to the oven / autoclave specifications can be designed in dismountable kits and are made of painted steel, galvanized or stainless steel.
